【みずほ銀行】カードローンで勝手に自動融資？ 返済方法と解約までの手順

先日、コンビニのATMでお金を引き出そうとした際、

桁を1桁間違えて口座残高を超える額を引き出そうとしてしまいました。

 

口座残高不足で、「やり直しか、、」と思いきや、あるはずのない金額がATMから出金されました。

後ほどみずほダイレクトで確認したところ、「自動融資」という見慣れない文字が。。

 

どうやら気づかずにカードローンに申し込んでおり、残高の不足分が勝手に融資になっていたようです。

 

ということで、今回はみずほ銀行カードローンの返済方法と解約方法についてご紹介したいと思います。

 

みずほカードローンの返済方法について

みずほ銀行のカードローンは、任意返済をしないと利用残高に応じて毎月2,000円単位で自動引き落としされます。

返済期間が延びるとその分利息も高くなってしまうので、

可能であれば任意返済がおススメです。

 

任意返済の返済手段は、3つの方法があります。

  • ATMでの返済
  • みずほダイレクトでの返済
  • 店舗で返済

 

店舗での返済はかなり時間がかかるとのことで、実際に店舗に行ってもATM等での返済を勧められる可能性が高いです。

 

また、ATMかみずほダイレクトでの返済は元本のみの返済となります。

（どうやら元本と利息分は勘定が別のようです）

 

そのため、カードローンの窓口に申し込んで利息返済の問い合わせをする必要があります。

問い合わせは電話で可能です。（0120-324-555、平日9:00~20:00）

利息の返済は電話で申し込み後、翌営業日に口座から引き落とされます。

 

ということで返済の流れをまとめると、

ATMかみずほダイレクトで元本を全て返済する

↓

電話で、みずほ銀行カードローン宛に利息返済の旨を問い合わせる（0120-324-555）

↓

翌営業日に口座から利息分が引き落とされて完済

という流れになります。

 

カードローンの解約方法

カードローンは、先ほどご紹介した利息返済の問い合わせと同じ問い合わせ先から解約可能です。

 

そのため、利息返済の申し込み時に同時に解約の依頼もするとスムーズです。

※電話での解約時は、解約を証明する書類等は出ないので必要な方は注意が必要しましょう。

 

みずほカードローンについてのQ&A

今回、手違いから始めてカードローンを利用することになり、疑問に思った点をまとめてみました。

 

カードローンや自動融資に申し込んだ覚えがない

カードローンの申し込みについては、みずほ銀行の口座開設時に任意で申し込んでいるとのことです。

（私には身に覚えがありませんでしたが。。）

 

また、自動融資についてはカードローンに付帯したサービスなので、カードローンに申し込むと同時にサービスが開始されています。

 

利息はいくらになるの？

金利は現在年2%~14%の間で変わります。（詳しくはこちら）

ご利用限度額が10万円以上 100万円未満の場合は、一番高い14%の年利です。

 

これを利用日数で割るので、例えば50,000円を借りて30日で返した場合は、

50,000円 * 0.14 * 30日 / 365日 = 575円

となります。

 

返済が早ければ早いほど、当然利息も安く済むので、返済は任意返済を活用して早めに行いましょう。

 

ATMでの任意返済はどこでも可能なの？

みずほ銀行のHPによると、任意返済が可能なATMについて下記のように記載があります。

【みずほ銀行 カードローンご返済方法】

しかし、今回私がセブン銀行のATMで返済しようとしたところ、「取扱できません」と言われました。

これは、セブン銀行のATMが硬貨に対応しておらず、端数分の支払いが出来ないためでした。

（例：49,999円の借り入れの返済に対して50,000円の入金でも不可）

 

そのため、硬貨対応のATMで丁度支払うか、

「E-net」マークがあるATMで支払う、

もしくはみずほ銀行のATMで支払うのが確実です。

 

カードローンの返済 or 解約時に必要なものはある？

カードローンの利息返済＆解約を電話で解約した際は、以下の情報を尋ねられました。

  • 口座の支店番号（3桁）
  • 口座番号
  • 名前
  • 生年月日
  • 住所
  • 電話番号

そのため、口座情報が分かるものを手元に用意してから連絡するとスムーズです。

特に残高不足で自動融資されたときは気づかずに融資されている可能性があるので、注意しましょう。
