9月から始まるマイナポイントに向け、今回ICカードリーダを使ってマイナポイントの予約をしてみました。
多少戸惑う部分もあったので、予約の注意点やおすすめのICカードリーダーをご紹介します。
マイナポイントについて（ざっくりおさらい）
まず最初にマイナポイントについて、簡単におさらいしたいと思います。
要点は以下の３つです。
- 期間は2020年9月1日～2021年3月31日
- キャッシュレス決済を行った際に25%が還元される（個人の上限は5000円分）
- 予めマイナポイントの予約や決済方法の選択が必要
この3番の手続きにおいて、手順が分かりにくかったり、様々な要因でうまく予約できなかったりという方もいると思います。
申請やスマホかPCから出来ますが、どちらも持っていない方はマイナポイント手続きスポットを利用しての申請も可能です。
今回は、PCでの予約方法をご紹介します。
ICカードリーダーを使ったPCでのマイナポイント予約方法
ICカードリーダーでの予約には以下の準備が必要です。
- パソコン
- ICカードリーダー（マイナンバー対応のもの）
- マイナンバーカード（4桁の暗証番号を覚えている必要あり）
今回私の環境ではWindows10のPCを利用しました。
また、ICカードリーダーはこちらの商品を使用しました。

ICカードリーダーを選ぶ際に確認すべきポイントは、
- マイナンバーカードに対応しているか
- 利用開始のために別途ドライバが必要か
の2点です。
今回の目的は、マイナンバーカードを利用した申請なので、タイトルや商品紹介文からマイナンバー対応かどうかを必ず確認しておきましょう。
また、製品によっては本体とは別にCDが入っており、そのCDを使ってドライバをインストールする必要があります。
多少手間になりますし、ノートPC等ではCDが読み込めないものも多いと思うので、ドライバのインストールが不要なものを選びましょう。
マイナンバー発行時に登録しているはずの暗証番号が分からなければ、役所で変更する必要があります。
マイナンバーには4桁の暗証番号と6桁以上の暗証番号がありますが、
今回は4桁の方を使うので覚えているか確認しておきましょう。
マイナポイントの予約の仕方
上記の用意が出来たら、「マイキーID作成・登録準備ソフト」というものをインストールする必要があります。
ソフトはこちらのページの「マイキーID作成・登録準備ソフト」という文字をクリックすると自動的にダウンロードが始まります。
ダウンロードされた「MKJSsetup.exe」を開き、画面に従ってインストールを進めましょう。
インストールが完了したら、ICカードリーダにマイナンバーカードを差し込み、ICカードリーダー本体はPCにつなぎます。
マイナンバーカードは顔が下になる向きで挿入しましょう。
接続完了後に再度こちらのページに戻り、「マイナポイントの予約（マイキーIDの発行）」をクリックします。
この際、利用するブラウザがInternetExplorerを利用することをおススメします。（Chromeでは失敗しました。）
接続を確認して、「次へ進む」をクリックしましょう。
正しく接続出来ていれば、下記の画面が出てくるので4桁の暗証番号を入力します。
最後に「発行」をクリックすれば、マイナポイントの予約（マイナキーの発行）は完了です。
自分が利用したい決済サービスを選択しましょう。
以上、ICカードリーダーを使った申請方法をご紹介しました。
対応のスマートフォンをお持ちの場合は、スマートフォンからの申請が一番手軽だと思います。
ただ、ICカードリーダーがあると、マイナンバーの暗証番号の変更が出来たり、確定申告にも使えたりと後々便利なのでこの機会に用意するのもありだと思いました。
1人最大5,000ポイントの還元は結構大きいと思うので、面倒くさがらずに申請してみましょう！
